"I had WES Water install my filteration and water conditioner after a friend of mine had done their research and had WES install a system in their home. When I called Wes Triplett to get a quote, he took the time to meet with me at my house and talk through the benefits of his system compared to the other residential systems. What I liked is their system doesn't require changing filters on a regular basis, which is an on-going cost of other systems, where the WES water system uses electricity.
Since I purchased the system, I have had no mechanical issues, and have even tested the water, which came back with reasonable readings, meaning it's doing what Wes says it will do. There were a few readings that were flagged as warnings, but after sharing the results with Wes, he pointed out that the levels being detected are extremly low and below the levels of concern from regulators.
The main reason for this review is to relay my complete satisfaction with how Wes handles his busines. I can almost always get him when i call or he calls right back, and he's willing to meet if there are any questions or concerns and takes care of any issues in a timely manner. His installation is also quick and done with care and quality parts.
The system I had installed included a water conditioner, which is primarily what Wes sells. This doesn't require salt, but it also doesn't remove the hardness from the water. Wes made this difference clear to me when I first bought the system and said I could try the conditioner and if not satisfied, I could change it out for a soft water system. After using the conditioner system, my wife and I decided we would prefer to go back to the traditional soft water system. When I called Wes to let him know I wanted to install a soft water system, he met with my wife and I to hear our concerns and promplty installed one as I requested, but recommended using potassium vs salt. Although most people will probably be fine with the water conditioner and don't like that traditional water softeners require salt to be flushed into the City systems, my wife and I previously had a soft water system and wanted to go back.

"Absolutely love my water system!. One of the best investments to my house. Good clean soft water for the entire house that is maintenance free. No filters or salt to be changed out, a completely closed system. I have only needed to call Wes 2 times in the past 5 years and he answered immediately to give me a hand on very minor issues. I have highly recommended Wes Water to my friends and family and will continue to do so. Thanks again Wes for your great system and customer service."

"Wes and his team provide an amazing product that keeps our family safe and healthy. The pre-sales consultation was courteous, low pressure, and very informative, the install was to our wishes, even when faced with a less conventional install locations, and the ongoing service has been great. The only time we need to call for a timer power cord replacement, Wes himself came out the next day to replace and reprogram the timer.
I highly recommend them!"
